    Reporting to the Front Office Manager - the supervisor will lead the 2nd shift crew responsible for checking guests into the hotel and delivering exceptional first-class service.

    Love to engage people and deliver service?

    Have supervisor experience leading and/or training a team in a service environment?

    One year hospitality experience required.

    High School Diploma required.

    Great communication skills both verbally and in writing.

    Exceptional computer skills for DOS driven property management system; email communication and website requirements.

    Essential Functions

    Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers in person and by telephone.

    Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.

    Ability to visually and physically check work, work area, and hotel space.

    Maximum lifting of 30 pounds.

    Other Requirements

    Knowledge of English language

    Ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner

    Ability to communicate with all managers, supervisors and fellow associates

    Ability to handle conflict situations in a professional manner

    Be well groomed and conform to the hotel's dress code

    The hospitality industry requires weekends and holiday hours and at high occupancy periods. Being in the city of great golf traditions - we are all required to work the first full week in April!
