Compensation

$8.50 - $8.75 an hour

Responsibilities

Answer internal and external telephone calls in a friendly and courteous manner, direct calls through the hotel switchboard. Actively coordinate communications within the hotel including emergency procedures, alarms, life safety, and shuttle van services.

Answer incoming telephone calls to the hotel efficiently and courteously.

Direct phone calls and messages to appropriate personnel or guest, as well as operating switchboard and two-way radio.

Assist all guests and employees.

Logging information regarding problems/situations which require prompt attention and relaying to appropriate personnel.

Recording and making wake up calls.

Qualifications

Computer skills required.

Must have the ability to work alone, with others, and remain at work station for entirety of shift.

Must have customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
