Salary Starting from $60,000
We seek a professional Executive Housekeeper to impact our guest experience positively every day. Our building is a city block with 2 hotel towers, 100,000sf of meeting space, 3 food venues,and 374 rooms (136 suites). We are located in downtown Augusta Georgia on the Riverwalk. Right in the heart of the action with many restaurants, bars, museums and activities within walkingdistant. We are a full-service franchise Marriott Hotel which has exceeded brand standards consistently for 28 years. Extensive remodel in the last 2 years. Always the premier place to stay in Augusta.

Proven experience to deliver to customer expectations and brand standards

Provides the team vision and direction and the training and tools to reach the goals
A solid educational background - college degree a plus
10 years of cleaning experience, with 5 years of direct housekeeping leadership experience in a similar role
Full service hotel experience, Marriott experience a plus
Ability to move about the building, bend, stoop, grab, carry and lift up to 50 pounds. Hotel is 11 stories and convention space is 2 levels.
Ability to visually inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure standards are met
Solid stable work history
Ability to participate in the manager on duty rotation
A stickler for the details
Computer skills a must
Experience meeting brand standards and audits
