Home most weekends Responsibilities: • Tower Inspection and Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of cell towers to ensure they are in good working condition and address any maintenance issues as needed. • Climbing and Descending Towers: Safely climb and descend cell towers using appropriate safety equipment and techniques. Participate in ongoing safety training programs. • Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation, repair, or replacement of telecommunications equipment and antennas on cell towers. • Cable Routing: Run and route cables, wires, and other components necessary for the operation of telecommunications equipment. • Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working at heights and handling equipment. • Equipment Testing: Assist in testing and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment to ensure proper functionality. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment used, and any issues encountered during tower climbs. • Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow climbers and telecom professionals to achieve project goals. • Training: Participate in training programs to acquire new skills and certifications related to tower climbing and telecommunications. • Direction: Adhere to all directions from the foreman and construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately. • Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
