Applicants we are seeking:

Requires a Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License (2-20 or 20-44 or 4-40)

Requires min of 1 year working inside an insurance agency. Prefer 3 to 5 years working in a Florida Independent Agency.

Job Responsibilities: Work with existing clients and provide friendly prompt service to customers for all their personal insurance needs

Recommend Coverages clients should consider

Help customers understand their insurance

Review existing policies at renewal and re-market customers to new companies as necessary

Sell, service, and explain personal lines insurance policies including home, renters, auto, motorcycle, boat, umbrella, and jewelry insurance

Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent on the phone, email, and on paper

Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically

Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance through consultative selling

Professional and Personal Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and a calculator

Type quickly and accurately

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest
