    What we’re searching for:

    · High school diploma (or equivalent)

    · Excellent verbal/written communication skills (Bilingual-Spanish a plus!)

    · Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    · A client-friendly personality

    · Strong customer service orientation

    · High attention to detail

    · Must be able to effectively work alone and as part of a team

    As a Customer Service Representative, you can expect:

    · Monday – Friday work week

    · 8-hour shifts

    · Standard work hours

    · No nights or weekends required

    What you will do:

    · Interact with customers via phone and email

    · Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls from customers

    · Answer inbound calls and direct to relevant internal departments

    · Provide professional support to sales, dispatch, and other internal departments

    · Provide a prompt, accurate and outstanding customer service experience

    · Address customer questions or complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

    Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
