Salary: $61,932 - $83,343 per year (DOE)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Social Worker (MSW) to join our team in Southgate, Michigan. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (DD) as well as minors and their families.

Requirements:

~Master's Degree in Psychology

~Valid TLLP or LLP in Psychology with the state of Michigan

~Minimum of 8 months of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (DD)

~At least one year of experience in examining, evaluating, and treating minors and their families

~Must obtain the credential of Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) and Children’s Mental Health Professional (CMHP) within 120 days of hire

~MDHHS Central Registry and Police clearance

~Preferred experience with testing instruments including WAIS, WISC, Vineland, ADOS, and ADIR

Responsibilities:

~Provide individualized assessment and treatment services to clients with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and minors

~Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans

~Conduct evaluations using standardized testing instruments

~Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

~Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
