Job Posting: Medical Surgical RN - Night Shift

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Peterborough, NH. New Grads are welcome to apply! This is a 12-hour night shift position, and we offer competitive compensation based on experience, with a range of $24.48 to $39.16 per hour. Additionally, we are offering a generous $5,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care in the Medical Surgical unit.

Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently and effectively.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Be adaptable and willing to float as needed.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire (or eligible).

BSN preferred.

New Grads are encouraged to apply.

Experience with EMR systems.

PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
