Licensed Social Worker for an Eating Recovery Facility

This is a 13 week contract with the possibility of extending in Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:

· Providing individual, group and family therapy

· Serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers

· Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management

· Participating in discharge and aftercare planning

· Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a health relationship with food

· Provide safe, empathetic and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance base on the clients’ intersecting identities

Experience:

· Minimum 1 year experience in as a License Social Worker

· Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care

Shift:

Monday through Friday 9a-5p

Pay/Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $44.00 – $49.00 Dependent on experience (based on 40 hours a week)

Requirements:

Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline

State License in counseling field (i.e. Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care

BLS – American Heart Association (AHA)

All credentials current and in good standing
