Physical Therapist needed a 13 week Travel Assignment in a hospital. Earn up to $1,960.00 a week (based on 40 hours a week). Must live 60 miles from the Facility.

This is an 13 week contract with the possibility of extending in Longmont, CO

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of PT Experience

Inpatient, Inpatient Rehab or Outpatient

Ortho Experience Preferred

Shift:

8 hour Days (40 hours a week)

No Call Required

Weekends as needed

Pay:

Weekly Rate: $1,720.00 – $1,960.00 Dependent on experience (based on 40 hours a week)

Hourly Rate: $43.00 - $49.00 Dependent on experience

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of PT Experience

Inpatient, Inpatient Rehab or Outpatient

BLS – American Heart Association (AHA)

Bachelor's degree

Colorado State Physical Therapy License

All credentials current and in good standing
