Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Qualified Medication Administration Person (Q-MAP) with a Medication Aide license (M.A.A) for day shifts at our Assisted Living facility located in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering medication to our residents according to prescribed dosages and schedules, while ensuring compliance with state regulations and facility policies.

Responsibilities:

Administer medication to residents accurately and safely, following prescribed dosages and schedules.

Maintain proper documentation of medication administration and resident records.

Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medication and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Assist with medication inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Provide support and assistance to residents with activities of daily living as needed.

Requirements:

Valid Medication Aide license (M.A.A) in the state of Colorado.

Current TB test results.

Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Ability to pass required exams and background checks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
