We need LPN's who are looking to work a flexible schedule in the Littleton and Centennial area.

A group home is a smaller community within a home for a more personalized experience.

Lower acuity with 1-8 patients.

Flexibility! Full time, Part time, PRN, On call, Days, Evenings, Nights. You choose.

Day shifts 7a-3p. Evening shifts 3p-11p. Night shifts 11p-7a.

Current Colorado LPN license

6 months of direct care experience

Current TB

COVID vaccination (1st and 2nd or J&J)

Current BLS or CPR with First Aid (if no First Aid, we will train)

Pass required exams

Ability to pass a Background Check
