    Here is what we are looking for:

    -6 months to 1 year (minimum) of Experience in Healthcare Staffing (Required) Other staffing or recruiting experience Not accepted for this role at this time.

    -6 months to year (minimum) of Experience of adding and or developing accounts (Required)

    -6 months to year (minimum) of Experience working for a Healthcare Staffing Agency (Required)

    -Government, Corrections, Long Term Cares, Assisted Living, Doctors Offices, Hospitals, and other healthcare connections strongly preferred, but Not required in all fields listed.

    -Remote (Work From Home) position so candidate must be self driven

    -Office set up in home so that undistracted work can be performed daily during business hours

    -Ability to multitask

    -Understand the importance of meeting deadlines

    -Customer Service mentality

    -Team player

    -Ability to think outside the box and use your creative skills

    -Strong social media presence

    About the position:

    This role is to be the face of the company and to add on new accounts in the various health care fields we support currently. You will be responsible to visit the clients on a regular basis to acquire more details from them on how we can serve them better. You will also be tasked to add on new accounts. Your creativity and industry discovery will be used here, as we are not limited to one avenue in healthcare, we are very much open to exploring new sectors of healthcare and new possibilities to grow! Having experience and being able to show that you can grow accounts will give you a true advantage in obtaining this position, so please articulate that experience in your resume. The position is Monday thru Friday working normal business hours, but there may be some travel involved once appointments are made to establish new business and to cultivate the current business we have. All expenses that are made for travel events (hotel, food, gas, etc..) will be paid for by the company.

    Benefits:

    This position offers a base salary from $50,000 to $60,000 that is dependent on your experience you have in a similar role.

    We offer health insurance, dental, and retirement after 90 days.
