R.N. Hospice Case Manager Needed Up to $1,400 Weekly

As the Case Manager, you will provide comfort, compassion and quality care to patients and families when they need it. You will be traveling to long-term care facilities, hospitals, and area agencies and businesses in Roanoke, VA

Skills Needed

~2+ year experience in acute care, home health, hospice, med/surg or geriatric nursing

~Licensed in VA or Compact

~Valid Driver’s License that is always in good standing

~BLS

Shift 8:30a-5p M-F

Pay $1,400 Weekly DOE plus Mileage Reimbursement
