Aurora Counseling Associates in Natick, MA is hiring LCSW clinicians to provide telehealth and in-person psychotherapy. We are a woman-owned, well-established group practice with a culture of inclusivity, service leadership and clinical integrity. We are especially seeking clinicians with experience serving BIPoC or queer communities, and/or couples, family, children, teens. Clinicians of all races, identities, spiritual traditions and backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply!

Job responsibilities include:

providing outpatient psychotherapy [telehealth and in-person] for a minimum of 25 clients per week

documenting services to ensure compliance

offering evening hours at least two nights a week

weekly director-led meetings focused on professional development, clinical issues, industry shifts

monthly LGBTQ+ peer supervision group
