    We are looking for a full-time, experienced, friendly, organized, team-oriented Dental Assistant who is a natural at connecting with our team and patients. We are a very close team, we have an office softball team in the Summer, take hikes in the fall, amazing Christmas party, and much more. We strive to provide an excellent level of care and an outstanding level of customer service to our patients. We need someone who loves working in a fast-paced office, can juggle multiple tasks, follows through without being reminded, understands regulations, gets along well with others, and comes to work each day excited and ready to work. This is a high-technology, paperless practice so you must have excellent technology skills. This is not an entry-level or on-the-job training position. Candidates must have experience as an Assistant or have recently graduated from an in-person, Dental Assisting program. Responsibilities: • Tell patients what oral hygiene steps they need to take in order to prevent infection after dental procedures • Work with dentists and dental hygienists during examinations and procedures by assisting with dental instruments and assure the patients’ mouths are comfortable, dry, and accessible to the dentist • Give patients advice on a good oral health care regime so they can maintain a healthy smile • Ensure the patient area is ready for exams and procedures by prepping equipment like x-ray machines, anesthetics, and impression materials and cleaning and laying out dental instruments Qualifications: • Ability to provide superb patient care and customer service • Superb multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills • Must have experience as a Dental Assistant Compensation: $22 - $31 hourly DOE
