Job Description

The Outside sales and Marketing Agent will be responsible for closing sales through face-to-face interaction with customers within assigned sales territories. You will meet with potential and existing customers to present product benefits and features.

Aurora Promotions is a direct marketing firm working to promote outreach in low-income communities. We provide telecommunication services on behalf of T-Mobile, one of the nation’s largest telecommunication organizations and the Federal Lifeline Program. With our phenomenal growth, our clients have given us the right of way to hire an entry-level class to continue the expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend in-person marketing campaigns to identify potential sales leads
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Travel within an assigned territory to conduct face-to-face presentations and enroll qualifying customers
• Maintain an accurate record of all customer enrollments
• Research competitors’ market conditions
• Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence
• Develop and implement an effective strategy to drive sales

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field is preferred
• Outside sales experience
• Effective communications and negotiation skills
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
