MARKETING ASSOCIATE  New year brings new opportunities for us to be able to evaluate the success of the previous year and plan better things for the following year to come. Last year our marketing team achieved all targets set out to them so much that our clients have requested more from us this year.  Which means we are now searching for 4 Marketing Associates in the Austin area the chance to join our team. 

Our Marketing Associates provide hands-on support to our marketing team in the execution of our disruptive marketing campaigns. If you are interested in getting practical experience in marketing, expand your knowledge in areas such as brand awareness, promotion, direct marketing and brand representation, then this could be the right opportunity for you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Marketing Associates at Austin Promotions are at the forefront of what we do. Our marketing team is responsible for bringing our marketing strategy to life. We provide promotional marketing strategy and implementation to major clients in several different industries. You will learn how to differentiate between different client demands and work with a wide range of audiences. 

You will gain cross-functional skills such as:

• Planning, organizing and setting priorities for different audiences
• Communication, presentation and public speaking
• Objection handling and negotiation skills
• Pitching customers and collecting information
• Collaboration and teamwork

The role is a great opportunity to get back out there and meet people in person; build relationships face-to-face and make tangible connections. You will be representing our clients' brands at marketing events, building excitement around their products and services, answering questions and registering interested clients.

We provide training and development for all Marketing Associates here at Austin Promotions so no prior experience is required. People with interest or experience in people facing roles tend to excel here as we value exceptional interpersonal skills.

MARKETING ASSOCIATE KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to start work in 2-4 weeks
• Ability to work in the USA without visa sponsorship
• Friendly outgoing personality
• Marketing degree or experience in a hands on role is beneficial but not required
• Presentation skills; public speaking
• Desire to make an impact and build value from day one
