    Job Description

    Austin Staffing Inc. is now hiring multiple customer service agents for a Texas-based banking establishment. In this role, you would be tasked with providing a high level of customer service to account holders through inbound phone calls.     Additional Job Details:

    • Educate members on the bank's products and services.
    • Process basic financial transactions: transfers, check orders, loan payments.
    • Provide a high level of customer service with the goal of one-call resolution.
    • Stay up-to-date on all bank products and processes.
    • Relay accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
