    Job Description

    Austin Staffing Inc. is currently looking to hire multiple customer service agents for a Texas-based banking establishment. This company focuses on customer-first service and places importance on employee happiness. In this role, you would be tasked with providing a high level of customer service to account holders through inbound phone calls.     Additional Job Details:

    • Educate members on the bank's products and services.
    • Process basic financial transactions: transfers, check orders, loan payments.
    • Provide a high level of customer service with the goal of first-call resolution.
    • Stay up-to-date on all bank products and processes.
    • Relay accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

    Skills and Experience you Need:

    • Six months to a year of call center/contact center experience.
    • Professional phone etiquette.
    • A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

    Skills that would be Nice:

    • Previous finance/banking experience.
    • Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written)
