    Job Description

    As a Product Business Analyst at Authenticx, you will be a member of our high-performing Product Innovation team, and you will:

    • Discover, gather, document, and vet business and functional requirements for new software-related projects
    • Collaborate with prospective software users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
    • Define the business requirements in a clear and concise fashion and advocate for feature priority with the product development team
    • Work closely with client implementation project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
    • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key business stakeholders and team members
    • Ensure that clients and client success teams have resources available to them to ensure optimal use of the Acx software solution
    • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the Authenticx software platform
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    As our ideal Product Business Analyst, you will possess the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering discipline
    • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment
    • 2+ years of experience capturing complex user stories and use cases and translating them into user stories
    • Experience working with call center software preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communications and the ability to effectively correspond with both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Able to effectively work in a virtual environment and over web-based teleconferencing

    Additional Information

    • For local candidates, this is a hybrid position consisting of mostly remote/virtual working with on-site (Indianapolis northside) activities approximately 1-2x per week.
    • For non-local candidates, this will primarily be a virtual/remote position with occasional on-site travel (2-4x per year), depending on location.
    • Candidates must reside in the USA and be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
