We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion and desire to make a difference in the life of children with autism. Our Behavior Technicians provide treatment interventions to children in homes and community settings under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst.

We provide home and community-based ABA therapy for children in Rutherfordton, North Carolina and surrounding regions.

Hiring in Buncombe County, Mitchell County, Madison County, Henderson County.

Primary Duties

• Provide 1:1 home-based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Provide parent training and support client’s families and guardians
• Participate in training and clinical supervision
• Work under the under the supervision and direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Education, Experience & Other Requirements:

• Required: 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
• Required: Valid driver's license and transportation
• Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelors or master's degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification
