Autism Intervention Professionals (AIP) is searching for a BCBA to supervise in-home ABA based therapy programs to individuals diagnosed with autism across Lake County in Clearlake, Hidden Valley, Lakeport, Lower Lake, and Lucerne. Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) are directly responsible for the creation and oversight of individualized ABA programs and management of clinical staff.

INITIAL AND ONGOING COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING IS PROVIDED!

AIP was created with the simple goal of providing a high quality experience for both our staff and clients!

SALARY:

• $500 sign on bonus

REQUIREMENTS:

• BCBA in good standing
• Experience managing staff
• Experience developing and managing individualized ABA programs
• Experience with conducting assessments and writing reports
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a TB test
• Reliable means of transportation with active auto insurance
