Location: Des Plaines and Wheeling Clinics
Position Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring ABA Therapists to join our team at the Des Plaines and Wheeling clinics. In this role, you will work closely with young children in our school readiness programs, helping them prepare for classroom settings through structured play, communication development, and social interaction. Additionally, you’ll support community-based activities such as park outings to foster skill generalization. Full-time therapists may also be required to work at least two evenings per week providing in-home therapy based on client needs. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children in clinic and, if applicable, in-home settings.
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
Work with children in our Pre-K and Kindergarten readiness programs.
Collaborate with clinic staff and families to promote client progress.
Collect data and document session notes accurately.
Requirements
Certification: Must be RBT-certified or actively working toward certification (we provide resources for this).
Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to transport clients as needed.
Availability: For full-time positions, willingness to work at least two evenings per week for in-home therapy.
Experience: Preferred experience working with children, especially in an educational or therapeutic setting.
Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and a passion for helping children succeed.

Hours
Full-Time: 35-40 hours per week, including potential evening in-home sessions based on client needs.
Part-Time: Flexible hours based on availability and client needs.
