About the Role:

Join our team as an Auto Body Collision Estimator, where you will play a vital role in assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine repair needs.

Prepare detailed and accurate collision repair estimates for customers.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and costs.

Collaborate with auto body technicians to ensure accurate assessments.

Utilize estimating software to generate quotes and manage documentation.

Stay updated on industry trends and repair techniques to enhance service quality.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.

Assist in managing claims and liaising with insurance companies as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a collision estimator or in a similar role.

Familiarity with auto body repair processes and estimating software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
