G & H Collision Center is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Body Estimator to join our team. This position is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, writing accurate repair estimates, and working directly with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth repair process.

The ideal candidate has experience in collision estimating, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple jobs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage

Create accurate repair estimates using estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex preferred)

Communicate with customers about repair timelines and expectations

Work with insurance companies to submit and negotiate estimates and supplements

Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper repair procedures

Track job progress and update customers as needed

Maintain organized records of all estimates and repairs

Requirements

Experience as an auto body estimator or in collision repair (preferred)

Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and parts

Familiarity with estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, etc.)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Valid driver’s license
