Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Automotive Estimator/Supplement writer to join our team. We are looking for a take charge person who has technician experience to write supplements and keep the back moving. We are looking for a people person. We are all about the client and not the insurance company. 80% of our business is repeat business. Must be familiar with CCC estimating, must have at least 5 years estimating experience, must have good listening skills to address client concerns and must be organized.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Automotive Estimator

Excellent written communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work with little or no supervision
