Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate color match by using computerized mixing scale, color chips, spray out cards, etc. • Prepare damaged/repaired areas for painting • Perform refinishing to customer vehicles to pre-loss condition by accurately following Yach's work order while diagnosing and reporting any additional damage found • Assist other departments when needed • Maintain a clean work space • Adhere to all quality standards Qualifications: • Strong communication - Ability to communicate at a high level with the Yach's team members • Organization - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and adaptable to workplace changes • Education and experience - Completion of high school or equivalent and five plus years of automotive painting experience required • Goal oriented - Ability to meet and exceed the goals of the role • Company mission - Embrace the company mission and core values with a heart for serving people Compensation: $55,000 - $100,000 yearly
