About the Role:

Join H & H COLLISION LLC as an Auto Body Technician in Clayton, NC, where you will play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Be part of a dynamic team that values craftsmanship and excellence in auto body repair.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality auto body repairs and refinishing on various vehicle makes and models.

Inspect vehicles for structural damage and assess repair needs.

Utilize advanced tools and techniques to repair and replace damaged parts.

Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in auto body repair preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto body repair or related field.

Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

H&H Collision is a well established independent body shop of 40+ years in Clayton NC. We have generations of clients that we service. We are looking to hire 1 body technician that can turn 75-100 hrs. We offer: Heated and air conditioned shop. Paid vacations. Modern equipment. Paid holidays. Weekly bonus program. 20-25 hr flat rate based on experience. Leave early on Friday. Non DRP shop. We are located an hour and a half from the beach, and 4 hours from the mountains.
