THE CHALLENGE:

As a Service & Sales Representative you will be responsible for the overall satisfaction of our customers. While running your route, you will visit your customers once every 28 days and conduct a 29-step preventative maintenance process as well as up-sell and cross-sell additional products, deliver & pick up chemicals, collect customer payments, troubleshoot dish machine operations, and resolve any customer concerns.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

Valid drivers license with reasonably clean driving record Minimum 2 years experience providing outstanding customer service Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 70 pounds Think outside of the box to come up with solutions Work on-call shift when rotated
