    Schedule / Expected Work Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays or evenings as needed.

    Job Summary

    As a Client Manager at our auto dealership, you’ll guide customers through vehicle purchases, leasing, and service follow-ups. You’ll manage relationships, handle paperwork, support collections, and keep our office organized and welcoming. Your ability to create a great customer experience will drive loyalty and operational success.

    Responsibilities

    Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchases

    Process leases and sales documentation accurately

    Send payment reminders and handle collections

    Perform GPS and insurance checks on customer vehicles

    Coordinate with service staff and follow up on customer concerns

    Maintain CRM records and dealership software

    Keep the office and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming

    Qualifications

    Strong communication and negotiation skills

    1–3 years of customer service or auto sales experience

    Experience using CRM, QuickBooks, or dealership software

    Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

    Independent, organized, and team-focused
