Auto Dealership and Repair Shop Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
This role is the nerve center of the dealership—keeping operations organized, efficient, and on track. As Operations Coordinator, you’ll bridge the front and back of the house to keep vehicles moving smoothly through intake, repair, and sale. Your communication, structure, and follow-through will directly impact the customer experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage daily workflows between sales, admin, and repair teams
Coordinate vehicle prioritization for repair and sale
Ensure accurate, up-to-date work orders and communication
Track status of vehicles and resolve bottlenecks
Maintain and enforce SOPs for key processes
Report on vehicle turnaround time and process improvements
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or service-based roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort using tools like Slack, Trainual, and Desk Manager
A mindset focused on accountability, problem-solving, and follow-through
