    If you do not have 5 years or more experience please do not apply. This is mandatory, we are a very busy shop and cannot train someone with no experience. Additionally if you do not have a drivers license please do not apply this is also a requirement.

    Detailer

    Responsibilities

    Perform vehicle inspections pre and post-detailing

    Clean the interiors and exteriors of vehicles using approved products and procedures

    Relocate vehicles to various locations within the body shop.

    Moving vehicles in and out of the shop.

    Qualifications

    5 Years Minimum of previous experience as a Car Detailer is required

    Valid Drivers License is required

    High level of attention to detail

    Strong interpersonal communication skills

    Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including extended periods of walking, bending, and standing

    Strict adherence to company policies and service standards

    Speak, read, and write English

    Polisher

    Responsibilities

    Polish, buff, and restore the exterior finish of vehicles

    Remove scratches, blemishes, and dirt

    Apply waxes, polishes, dyes, and reconditioners

    Prepare surfaces for buffing by sanding, cleaning, and masking

    Match factory paint textures

    Inspect vehicles for damage

    Follow safety procedures

    Qualifications

    5 years or more experience is required

    Valid drivers license is required

    Ability to speak, read and write English is a must

    Confidence using tools and materials

    Attention to detail

    Ability to perform physical activities like lifting, climbing, and balancing

    Ability to use hand tools

    Additional tasks

    Apply ceramic coats

    Repair or replace machine parts

    Fit boot spoilers, mud flaps, or side skirts

    Disassemble and reassemble machines or equipment

    Collect and test cleaning solutions or vapors
