About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Auto Glass Service Advisor to join our team at Mike's Auto Glass in Tampa, FL. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for auto glass repair and replacement. This is a office based customer service position 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. No nights or weekends. 

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to assess their auto glass repair or replacement needs

Provide accurate estimates and quotes for services

Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

Communicate with insurance companies for billing and claims processing

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service or automotive role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of auto glass repair and replacement processes is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
