About the Role:

Auto Glass Brands Inc/Mikes Auto Glass is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Auto Glass Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service. Join us and be a part of a leading auto glass company in Tampa, FL. This position is 8-5 Monday to Friday. No nights or weekends.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Verify and file insurance claims.

Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding service details

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and installations

Prepare accurate estimates and invoices for customers

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role

Knowledge of auto glass terminology and repair processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Proficient in using computer systems and software

Valid driver's license

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Prefer Bilingual Spanish candidates.

Automotive Customer Service Experience is a plus.
