About the Role:

Auto Glass Brands Inc/Mike's Auto Glass, a leading automotive glass repair and replacement company located in Tampa, FL, is seeking an experienced Auto Glass Technician to join our team. As an Auto Glass Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged automotive glass, ensuring the highest quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position is Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities:

Repairing and Replacing damaged automotive glass

Inspecting and assessing the extent of damage

Removing broken glass and preparing the vehicle for installation

Installing new glass using industry-standard techniques and materials

Ensuring proper fit and alignment of glass components

Testing and verifying the functionality of window mechanisms and systems

Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Glass Technician

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Proficiency in using industry-specific tools and equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Industry certifications (e.g., AGSC, NGA) preferred
