Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Auto Glass Inside Sales Representative to join our successful team. If you have a proven track record of sales and office experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive purchasing experience. You will greet guests and build rapport, schedule glass replacement jobs, and facilitate Insurance claims. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive
Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
Use POS software to maintain a customer database
Answer phones, capture leads, order parts, and set up Insurance glass claims
Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Valid state-issued driver’s license
Prior sales and office experience is preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
