    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of automotive glass components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in necessary to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

    What does a day look like: Perform installation and replacement of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows. Conduct thorough inspections to assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods. Utilize specialized tools and techniques for glass installation and repair. Ensure proper sealing and alignment of glass components to maintain vehicle integrity. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to glass installation and vehicle systems. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to automotive glass services.

    Requirements: Proficiency in glass installation techniques with a focus on quality detail with five years of experience. Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is required and and least 2 years of direct Auto Glass Technician experience required.
