As an Auto Glass Technician Trainee, you'll learn how to provide professional auto glass and vehicle care services while delivering outstanding customer service at our retail locations and special events. Responsibilities: • Repair windshield chips and cracks using professional repair systems. • Assist with windshield and auto glass replacement. • Learn ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) camera recalibration procedures. • Educate customers on windshield repair versus replacement options. • Promote and schedule additional vehicle services, including: • Window tint installation • Hail damage repair assistance • Headlight restoration • Mobile auto glass services • Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and explaining service options. • Work with major retail partners and military customers in a fast-paced environment. • Help manage daily events, appointments, and customer flow. • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
