What You’ll Do:

Quote and sell auto insurance to new and existing customers

Review coverage and explain options clearly and professionally

Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency

Cross-sell home, renters, and life insurance when appropriate

Maintain accurate customer records and follow compliance guidelines

Provide excellent service before and after the sale

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills (sales or customer service experience preferred)

Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport

Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented

Organized and able to follow a sales process

Insurance license required (we will pay for licensing)
