Your Role as an Auto Mechanic:
In this position, you will:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including oil changes, tire services, brake inspections, and fluid checks
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a diverse fleet
- Replace worn or damaged components such as belts, hoses, filters, and suspension parts
- Conduct thorough safety inspections to ensure vehicle reliability and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
- Work collaboratively with the team to minimize downtime and maximize fleet performance
What We’re Looking for as an Auto Mechanic:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (fleet experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance best practices
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and automotive equipment
- High attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, motivated, and positive attitude
