Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate/ Order Processor to join our team! As a Sales Associate/ Order Processor, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the showroom, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, ecommerce, eBay, Amazon and knowledge of classic and new car parts.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Interact with customers in person, via phone & email to assist in creating and completing sales.

Collect payments by cash and credit card

Issue receipts and refunds to customers

Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Ability to quickly and accurately work a computer

Knowledge of sales processes through e-commerce, ebay and in-store

Knowledge of classic cars and car parts

Computer proficiency. Experience with Mac computers and Filemaker software is a plus
