ETA is looking to fill a full time position for a sales associate selling off-road parts, accessories, and services. Ideal position for a candidate in the automotive parts profession with a desire to transition to a specialized field. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team at the leading truck accessory shop in the Hampton Roads area.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Respond quickly and effectively to customers in the store and on the phone by providing product information and preparing quotes
- Periodically represent ETA at local tradeshows and community events
- Minimum 2 years experience and previous successful track record of inside sales of auto parts and services
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask by prioritizing, managing multiple projects, and allocate time as required by business objectives
- Demonstrate initiative and work as a team in fast paced environment
- Stay current with market trends, product knowledge and vehicle details.
