In this role, you’ll use your product knowledge as a service advisor and draft cost estimates, evaluate warranty protections, and coordinate necessary repairs. Responsibilities: • Draft and review service contract coverage, warranty protections, cost estimates, work orders, and other documents for necessary repairs by service technicians • Follow up after completed service appointments to ensure customers are satisfied with vehicle repairs • Leverage automotive technology and product knowledge to clearly address customer needs and share the status of service appointments • Manage all automotive paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records • Lead vehicle pick-up efforts by coordinating efforts with auto service porters and customers Qualifications: • A high school diploma or GED is required • Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology • Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is integral • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs is necessary • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills Compensation: 60000 - 150000 yearly
