Responsibilities: • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Handle phone calls to qualify potential customers for a vehicle service contract • Building value and assisting the customer in any way to make sure we can get the call over to the licensed sales representatives • Making a friend and creating urgency on every call • Maintain a positive attitude and a customer-first approach • Maintain current knowledge of services being offered • Excellent communication skills Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field Compensation: $15 hourly + bonus
