We’re looking for an outgoing pre-sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Handle phone calls to qualify potential customers for a vehicle service contract • Building value and assisting the customer in any way to make sure we can get the call over to the licensed sales representatives • Making a friend and creating urgency on every call • Maintain a positive attitude and a customer-first approach • Maintain current knowledge of services being offered • Excellent communication skills Qualifications: • Two years of previous sales experience • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases Compensation: $15 hourly + bonus
