Responsibilities: • Guide the management of all automotive service department paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records • Work with the service advisor to ensure proactive resolution of all customer complaints and make follow-up calls, as needed • Coach team members on ways to drive service sales, beneficial training program options, and customer service tactics • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in all service center interactions to boost customer retention and referrals • Supervise automotive service, vehicle repair process, and department team members to ensure a quality service experience and a balanced budget • Facilitate the successful and timely return of customers’ vehicles Qualifications: • Must provide proof of valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record • Pre-employment drug test and background check are mandatory • Two or more years working as an automotive service writer or service advisor mandatory; automotive service management experience a plus • Possess a thorough understanding of auto technology, service team job duties, and vehicle repairs • Mandatory high school diploma or GED equivalent - a bachelor's degree is a plus Compensation: $75,000 yearly
