Responsibilities: • Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics • Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales • Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence • Arrange and accompany auto sales customers on test drives • Confidently navigate used car sales contracts and work with sales management, finance, and service department team members to answer customer questions Qualifications: • Must hold a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record • GED equivalent or high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree a plus • Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction are vital • Have an interest and knowledge in used car features, auto sales trends, car dealerships’ processes, financing options, and sales management • A minimum of one year of experience working as a car sales representative or in related sales jobs is needed Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 yearly
