Responsibilities: • Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales • Display used car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process • Take a professional approach to your role as a sales associate, whether working with customers in the showroom or collaborating with team members at sales meetings • Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership • Accountable for making follow-up and sales calls daily, will be provided a list to call via our CRM. • Required to look and dress professionally at all times (Gotta look the part). Compensation: $36,000 - $150,000
