    Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics and service, with the ability to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks on vehicles. This role requires expertise in both traditional automotive systems and advanced technologies, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and diesel engines. The Automotive Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately.

    Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

    Execute repairs on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.

    Utilize auto estimating tools to provide accurate repair costs to customers.

    Align wheels and adjust suspension systems as needed.

    Repair or replace components such as exhaust systems, fuel systems, and steering mechanisms.

    Maintain detailed records of services performed on each vehicle.

    Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

    Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic with a strong understanding of automotive service practices.

    Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques.

    Familiarity with ADAS technology is preferred but not mandatory.

    Experience with diesel engine repair is a plus.

    Ability to perform welding tasks as required for specific repairs.

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Virginia State Inspection License preferred, but not required

    ASE/GM Training Preferred, but not required
